The service
Riightspace provides tools to discover properties, communicate with other users, manage property listings and request stays or rental services. Separate booking, tenancy, sale or provider agreements may apply to a transaction. Creating an account or submitting a listing does not itself confirm a reservation, tenancy or property sale.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and use only accounts you are authorised to access. You must have the legal capacity and authority needed for any booking, listing or agreement you make. Tell us promptly if your account is misused.
Listing a stay
Only list a property you are entitled to offer. You are responsible for accurate photographs, location, amenities, capacity, availability, prices, restrictions and safety disclosures, and for meeting applicable hosting requirements. Do not include photographs or content you do not have permission to use. Stay drafts remain editable; submitting a stay sends it for approval and does not guarantee publication. Do not describe a property as approved or verified unless the platform explicitly confirms that status.
Bookings and charges
Review the dates, guest capacity, price breakdown, booking status and cancellation conditions shown before confirming a transaction. A request, an unpaid booking or a pending listing is not the same as a confirmed stay. Payment and other provider features are available only when connected and enabled. Any applicable charges must be shown in the relevant transaction before commitment.
Content and acceptable use
You retain rights in the content you upload and permit Riightspace to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you use. Do not post misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or abusive material, expose another person's private information, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access. We may restrict content or accounts to address misuse, security concerns or legal requirements. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Availability and your rights
Property details and availability can change. Check important details with the relevant owner or provider before relying on them. The platform may be interrupted for maintenance or technical faults. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
